Comments   The TITAN range is well proportioned, ensuring excellent stability, manoeuvrability, visibility of the load, and superior ground clearance. Large Capacity At the top end of the Titan range are the 10 and 12 cubic metre models. Extend capacity easily with steel greedy boards. Fine Shredding Large diameter beaters generate a high tip speed to ensure a fine shredding action is achieved. A stepless auger with a shallow pitch ensures that material is well mixed and shredded before it is thrown from the machine Even Coverage Whether spreading fresh, well rotted or semi-solid farmyard manure, poultry litter, compost or waste products, TITANs deliver an even, fine and wide spread pattern. High Work Rates Tall beaters deliver massive output for high work rates. Quality Finish Prior to finishing with a 2 pack paint system, all components are shot blasted to ensure that they are clean and provide the best possible keying surface for the paint. All seams are continuously welded or sealed to protect against corrosion.     Features .igg{float:right; padding:10px;} .tdg{border-bottom:1px solid #dedede;} .ttl{width: 100%; height: 30px; background-color: #eeeeee; line-height: 26px; padding-top: 2px; font-weight: bold; color: #fff; margin-top: 10px; color: #df0101; font-size: 14px; clear: both;} .list ul{list-style:disc; padding-left:10px;} .list li{width:80%;} Beater Tip Overlap The shredding tips on the Titan have a large overlap. This reduced the chance of a lump of muck passing through the beaters without being shredded. Titan Beater System Upper beater bearings can be greased from ground level. Reversible hardened tips offer extended service intervals. Swinging flails highly tolerant to foreign objects Splash boards keep the sides of the spreader clean Continuous augers are welded to large diameter heavy gauge tubes. One piece gearbox for strength and reliability. Bed Tensioning Tensioning of the bed chain is straightforward using the threaded adjuster. Drawbar Skid Stowage To improve the ground clearance during transport the drawbar skid is easily removed and stored at the side of the machine. Folding Inspection Ladder A ladder offers safe access to the spreader. When not in use the ladder folds for transport. High Rotor Tip Speed The largest diameters beaters in their class generate a tip speed of around 20m per second. Even muck with a high straw content is finely shredded to deliver even ground coverage. Pipework Stowage To reduce the likelihood of contamination of the hydraulic system, hoses are easily stowed. Rear Splash Boards Baler twine and other debris in manure can get wrapped around the beaters which results in material being flicked down the side of the machine. Our splash boards are fitted to both sides of the machine and are found on all models in the range. Slats and U-Bolts Full width slats ensure that material does not bridge in the middle. Slats are secured to the chain with U-Bolts to enable straightforward maintenance. Slurry Gate and Light Shields The robust slurry gate has been designed to ensure that the sliding components provide a long and trouble free service life. For safety on the road, shields automatically cover the light units when the slurry gate is opened for spreading. Sprockets and Driveshaft Steel bed chain sprockets are designed for tremendous strength and durability. Stepless Shallow Pitch Augers Vertical surfaces on the auger are eliminated to prevent lumps of material being thrown from the machine before they have been shredded. The Titan beater augers have a shallow pitch resulting in material being held and mixed in the rotor area for longer before being discharged. Swinging Flails The Titan swinging flail system offers two advantages over a fixed paddle system: 1. Driveline Protection - Shock loads created by foreign objects in manure can cause damage to the drive line. The swinging flails break back, absorbing much of this shock. 2. Damage to the lower beater paddles themselves is reduced.
