SELLER DESCRIPTION

CLC pro classic - A "pro" for Smaller Tractors

The CLC pro Classic is a 3-bar cultivator for smaller tractors (from 90hp). Based on the CLC pro the Classic variant is equipped with an easy and compact module for rear accessories. Available as rigid from 9'8" - 11'5"  (3 - 3.5m) and 13'1" (4.0m) as folding version. To make the CLC pro Classic very compact and to reduce the weight as much as possible, the parallelogram carries two curved arms that reduce the overhang of the machine. A section of levelling tines is directly connected to the roller frame. Lighter than discs, the tines ensure an excellent levelling result in all conditions. The working depth and aggressiveness of the levelling tines is infinitely adjustable. Therefore the CLC pro Classic is 50cm shorter than the CLC pro; this shifts the centre of gravity closer to the tractor. The aim of developing a „pro“ for smaller tractors is thus achieved.

 The Advantages:
  • High Horse power capacity to cope with all conditions and tractor sizes from 90 to 350 hp
  • Universal Cultivator from  9'8" to 16'1" (3.0 to 4.9m), working 5 to 30cm deep
  • 3 bar frame for optimum mixing and blockage free operation
  • Unique leg design vibrating for intensive effect in the soil but low fuel consumption
  • Wide choice of shares, rear rollers and levelling equipment
  • Intensive mixing of the residues
  • Seedbed finish possible

Highlights

Strong Frame CLC pro

KV_clc proclassic_0005.jpg
  • The frame design and heavy-duty central beam offers in-field durability even under extreme working conditions.
  • The machine offers high underbeam clearance with 870mm to cope with incorporation of high volumes of crop residue.
  • The frames can absorb e.g. 240 hp with 3.00m and up to 350hp for the folding implements with 5.0m.
  • The material used can bear significant loads while staying reliable and light.
  • The weight carried by the tractor is thus reduced and helps saving fuel.
  • The CLC pro Classic is 50cm shorter than the CLC pro, shifting the centre of gravity closer to the tractor.
  • CLC pro Classic: The parallelogram carries two curved arms that reduce the overhand of the machine

Tines and Shares

KV_tine technology_0012.jpg
  • The unique and robust design of the tines incorporates a specially heat treated hollow “C” profile.
  • The heat treatment is of the same standards as the beams on the Kverneland ploughs.
  • The tine leg can withstand sideway movements of up to 20cm. This means lower stress to the tine holder and frame structure.
  • The CLC tines are suitable to work at 40 cm depth to fight plough pans and to encourage natural drainage, even in stony soils.
  • The removal of soil compaction allows intensive rooting in the lower soil layers. The plants therefore gain access to nutrients and water reserves at these deeper soil levels.
  • For operation in rather abrasive soil, Kverneland offers the option of carbide faced shares and wing shares (not recommended for stony soil).
  • The carbide faced parts last 5 to 12 times longer than the standard ones
  • The wing share is the right choice for shallow stubble cultivation.
  • The CLC Evo Wings is still very versatile. The wings can be removed to work deeper with just the reversible tines

Leaf Spring/Vibromat

KV_tine technology_0008.jpg
  • For lighter conditions Kverneland offer the CLC tine with shearbolt overload protection.
  • This version of the CLC tine offers the same high quality as that of the „Auto-reset“ tine, and is releasing from 2 tons.
  • The Kverneland CLC tine equipped with the “Auto-reset“ leaf spring safety system is the perfect choice for hard and stony conditions.
  • The well renowned Kverneland leaf spring protects the tines against overload.
  • The release pressure can be adjusted if required.
  • All pivot points of the CLC tines are manufactured with wear resistant bushes and bolts of the renowned Kverneland quality.
  • Therefore the CLC tine system is maintenance-free
